Intake/First Session (Cash Rates) $220 for 60 minute session
Individual Follow Up (Cash Rates) $185 45-50 minute session
I currently do not accept insurance. There are several benefits of cash pay.
Increased privacy & confidentiality (insurance companies require you to have a diagnosis in order to receive therapy and deem what they “medically necessitate” in order for you to receive therapy services). Insurance companies also will not have access to your notes or treatment plans when you pay out of pocket.
Customized Treatment Approach: we get to tailor each session according to what you need. We are not limited by insurance requirements.

Here are some signs that indicate you may be benefit from trauma- focused counseling: You're feeling emotional distressed: If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or constantly stressed and it's affecting your daily life, relationships, or work. Or you may feel like you are living outside of your body, having nightmares, flashbacks, or feeling on edge. This may a sign your body is ready to process some kind of trauma you’ve experienced. Starting therapy can be overwhelming. We will go at your pace While it takes time to build trust, the number one outcome to getting the change that lasts in therapy is the connection you have with your therapist. In your car, in your bedroom, on your comfy couch. Anywhere that has good wifi and privacy! I use. HIPPA compliant platform meaning our video session is confidential and secure for our telehealth session. I recommend having
